I think there is realy little doubt - the former I would say.
The market just can not wear this debt level or all the other issues surounding FMG.

I think this is the ticking time bomb for fmg.
Without one, the other can not occur.
Time will tell of course but I think the one dollar mark will bring in the jackels ready to pounce or perhaaps make an offer just to good to refuse.
