Skip ive be calling a rally for a few weeks so i'm converted but for us to have a signficiant rally we need the financials to move because of their heavy weighting in our market. people & the media need to realise that a 2 or 3% decline in the interest rates has a significant impact on marginal loans and although it may not save a few corporate failures its going to save ten of thousand smaller marginal loans from going under. Nothing you probably don't already know but confidence is the key.
