Lots of theories being floated. Fact is there's very low volume and half of today's trade alone on the upside would push it back past 3.5c. Quality ann will see this soak up the sell side quick smart. Some saying the brokers or 'smart money' is pushing this down. Accumulating at a third discount to a week ago would be the smarts imo.
