Understand mate. It's hard looking at the portfolio a few times a day and seeing the price movements.
If I can give any advice, you just gotta look at the fundamentals of each company for long term growth.

Example, I bought APT at $9 and rode it and sold at $58, all the while really disapproving of its strategy and keeping quiet on the forum. PS.. I also hold Z1P from $2.20. Same thing. I don't post there either
