Of course they picked the share price BEFORE new contract signs and the big increase in guidance EBITDA. How sweet would it be to find any ASX share that has a big EBITDA upgrade on long term contracts in place AND new contracts added... then offer to buy it out based on the share price BEFORE guidance upgrade and new contracts.

Mind you, you did try to scare us with the COVID boogey man. HANG YOUR HEAD, Grant and Thornton.

But if one reads far enough, you can find MY VALUATION at 300 MW using a more appropriate WACC. I have always posted, and backed up with facts, if Zenith grow to 300 MW on free cash flow, it is a $2 share. I did mine on franked EPS. You did not need to pay a Grant or a Thorton $$$$$$ to work that out. Hang your head in shame, boys.



But, when all is said and done, if no other bidder arrives, then sobeit.

Actually, is it possible this valuation detail, to an educated reader, will lead to a NO vote. That is, if you were told, using franked EPS ...or... DCF with 7% gets you a $2 share in three years with minimal yearly growth, will you buy. Well, you can only buy by voting NO. I dont recommend any action to anyone. But it may be more fair for Grant and Thorton to change their names to Ben and Dover. Hang you head, gents. (I think I already said that). "***Quoted Security Method***".... in the past, PRIOR to earnings upgrades. Shameful, boys. What class at Uni taught you that one.
