On banking facilities - you would have to expect that the write-offs will result in a loss so that there will be a breach of banking covenants as at 30 June. If so the auditors will re-classify all debt to current, and issue a going concern comment. And I can't see the lenders waiving the breach unless there is a fairly significant CR
