This response told us nothing new.

I don’t really see it as a negative - seems they’re odds on for Dianchi. In an interview with Laurence Freedman, he said that the Chinese government were essentially saying that the business should raise capital to cope with the amount of demand that will be coming their way. I think there will be an update once the board meets again - the situation warrants it and we could be back on.
