That sounds fair enough and 7 cents per share is much better than nothing (or 1 cent, the SP as of now) but in the current economic conditions there appear to be no buyers for the assets. As PT said he had been all around China looking for a buyer for the IO asset and hadn't been able to find one. If the Charge sale falls through then there may not be another buyer for Rincon. Which is unfortunate timing because Lithium will soon be a very sought after material.
