The tight capital structure of CR1 (35m SOI) and no requirement for raising capital ($4.8m cash) precludes this company from being under the hands of any nefarious pump and dump individuals. A tight capital structure means day traders can't pip trade and turn over volume for quick profits. Large buy/sell spreads also deter day traders because it can extend their losses as their stops aren't guaranteed (terrible risk/reward) - you won't see any day trading pump merchants here. Ample cash reserve for activities into the foreseeable future (until CR1 makes a major discovery) assures that brokers aren't interested in the company because they can't raise capital through a placement and take fees. Hence, none of the broker's clients on HC or twitter will pumping the story either.
This is a rare investment story without any external influences clouding the fundamentals, it's a journey and the rainbow is showing us the way.
