25% dilution.
Ouch!
Sucks for existing shareholders but I mean it's an airline. It's not like it was exactly thriving in the current environment and everyone knew it.
The SP will be capped at $4 imo in the near term especially after this dilution.
Any fiscal support from the federal government will probably come with stringent conditions and I don't really see much upside for shareholders going forward.
