If you recall Kappa no one in Australia believed in the FMG story and many thought Forrester was nothing short of a con man. To build the infrastructure out in the middle requiring billions to do so was an impossible
dream to many. By the time the Aussie market woke up the easy money had already been made from overseas investors. Maybe there are a few similarities to AKP after all (apart from the con man bit - sorry Fred).
