Spot on, but, unless this information is actually announced, many a skeptical and are non believers. Just the shear size and scale of the entire El Zorro prospect alone is unprecedented. But, because there is no official resource announced yet, many don't believe. The fact non of this has been officially announced is the greatest gift you can get. Those that have done their research are just going to keep on buying (raises hand). IMO, just back your evaluation and if you think there is value, buy, if not, bye bye.
