Proxy form is out.
I urge all holders to cast their votes - especially regarding resolution 2.
Resolution 2 is to give VMC 41+ million shares, instead of $1,000,000.
I'm sure everyone is capable doing math and in all honesty, I think we should give them the $1,000,000.
