Eds words are, "this has potential to be material over time" regarding the Philippines. In other words, it's another non material announcement no different to all the deals and mou's over the last 4 years. The Phillipines deal is with a huge logistics company that has x amount of employees and x amount of transport routes and parcels delivered.... think about how many times we've seen this same deal with Europe, US, and Chinas biggest logistics companies and then never hear a thing again.....
