    250k shares for Invisi shield IP LOL this story just keeps getting better. Any shareholders asking the board wtf they are doing?

    By the way, anyone know who owns the company selling the IP? A related party transaction. In any case, we can't say they are overpaying since the 250k shares have no value at the moment.
