DDZX I had been waiting for confirmation and understanding re the delay as indicated in one of my original posts on this thread. As I only received details this evening I thought it prudent to share. Why does it look bad when I post facts? Should I not ask management questions and publish their responses for clarification of misleading posts? You state my post tonight is irrelevant but you produced several posts on the thread including errors re VEN's current holdings.

The late return had nothing to do with the company. LIN directors had no control over the late report. I did not know and many others as well. We can only speculate why it took so long to disclose. When it occurred the sp was already at its low points. VEN Capital could have waited until the Annual Report was due to be published or after the JORC released.

Re the placement allocation to the cousin ....I can only assume like yourself re preferential status.
