Residential and commercial rental shock hasn't played out yet, something in the future.
Finance markets are the place to be until they aren't.
Then you have your gold spec stocks in a rising gold environment.
Lots of money to be made under these circumstances if you pick the right one.
The next NST or Oxiana is what your searching for.
