    Good question Baraka .. why didn't CUO close out their hedge book. It was in the money by $45M.

    There seems to be something wrong. Maybe someone is looking at picking up a ready to go Copper producer on the cheap by arranging the demise of CUO by stalled and misleading finance discussions?
