With the current escalation of Covid19 and all the uncertainty around PCR and Antibody testing, and so far a lack of vaccine leads me to think that the testing regime will need a major boost to get on top of this thing.
The accumulation of a few dollars by Cellmid towards it on an experimental basis, the testing and analysis by them which still continues, the complete cooperation with authorities, visible updates, and maintaining composure during a rancid press attack by people who dont know what they are talking about indicates to me that you could quite easily combine those two statements of opportunity and humanity.
Really dont think it is an either/or situation at all but a combination.
Could apply it to testing as well once the penny drops.
