I'm amazed that so many red flags don't seem to be noticed by some and somehow it's all positive and this is for a company that has some form. How many times has it been suspended for long periods of time, had to retract announcements, what is the track record of
the management.

Most shareholders would be mortified if they found out who the company signed the options underwriting agreement with and would run a mile just on that, not for SKN holders it seems. I guess that's what rose coloured glasses do to you. Instead the blame is pointed toward the newspaper, downrampers, and the ASX.

This is not how normal listed companies operate.

As for the IP and the price paid for it, I still don't buy the explanation. Either it's actually worth 250k shares, which is close to zero, or there is more to the deal , only shareholders don't know it yet.

IMO this stock is not trading again for a very long time but I guess the company will have to eventually come clean when the options are due for expiry in December and it won't able to just stay silent forever.
