What I think is happening ( as I've seen in real estate)a 2 $ company was formed ( charger) and ady sold it to charger ,meanwhile charger had another buyer already lined up to sell and settle on the same day for a substantial profit.However something went wrong.
IMO I'd rather see ady together with all its assets go into receivership at least it would stop all this daytrading BS and put up for sale.
An independent would be appointed so there would be no back dooring by anyone from the ady mob.
