Just my opinion, but seems like It's likely to be from the same playbook that Breezy used in 2010 with Seaclem… Spruik the hell out of it to get the share price up and when everyone is well and truly hooked on the hype, do a big capital raise to fill BPH's coffers.. (Albeit that it was with MMR that he did it last time)
