I'v been following HCT for a while now an observing.

3 factors pushing the share price down:

1. Blatant daily manipulation by the person buying 88 shares
2. The shockingly bad communication by management
3. The lack of sales updates and any updates in general.

The blatant uprampers in these threads dont help either, it just contributes further to the "not a good feeling" aura around the stock even if the fundamentals are good. But its gettting to a red line where even if an update is good, the price wont take off due to lack of confidence in the management.

Also, the people posting "i spoke to management and they said X" need to put up or shutup.
