Correct we cannot go by traditional building codes / specifications as this is a brand new innovation that is yet to be proven and if it rewrites the codes based on their concept it will be a success . Just like any other new concept that has rewritten the codes . If it achieves the same result as present building codes in a different manner what is the problem with that . Successful Innovation has changes codes across every sector and it will keep changing with future growth . Sh!t have people seen what is being built these days ? So many different types of Construction, here in Perth we’re building polystyrene homes , single timer stud construction, tilt up construction, hardies panel construction, and these are all light weight single panel construction , with this type of construction External water proofing is what matters . FBR are stalling for a reason what that is , is anyone’s guess ! Who would have predicted that BWK were going to walk ? Real concern imo .
