Because he's put the company on this path, that's why shareholders are happy. He's doing what he said he will, the company has been constantly exploring and putting out regular announcements.
Compare the last 24 months to the rest of the history of the company and you'll see why shareholders are happy.
Management is one of the biggest risks in these spec mining stocks IMO. Many of them are just lifestyle companies for people with no real drive to get to production. Good management is the absolute key.
