Zvim I wouldn't be hoping for administration , hawkeswood will own the lot and they will only be interested in getting the $10.8 million plus interest that they are owed.
You are not a secured creditor and therefore will have a very little chance of getting anything and that will drag on well into 2009 maybe longer. Administrators don't work for free.
