The profitability outlook of any refinanced company is looking very uncertain with the potential flagged increase in financing costs on top of an already unclear picture post AS change.
The share price would certainly get a bump up on securing finance & retrading but IMO it'll be a long time before the share price gets near the Carlye offer price especially with the economic conditions which have already impacted PNC.
