Hi Mark,

What makes you think the Board has not been dealing with the banks for months. I know from many personal corporate finance experiences the Banks love stuffing you round right up the death knock. They loved doing it in good times, they love it more now !!

I also note the smaller loan due 30/11/08 is approved and the larger one due for sign off not until the end of next month.

I would have thought everything is fine with these time lines.
