Ann: High-Grade Gold JORC Inferred Resource 830,000oz @ 11.6 g/t, page-117

Hi everyone

So, I hold over 550,000 of AUT (having held old MOX for more than 10 years) and therefore am hoping that it does really well over the next year and beyond. However, I’ve owned Spec mining shares for the past 25 years, and have never made money on them, so I know when there are red flags with a project. Unfortunately, I think there are lots of red flags with this one.

1) If this is such a great project with so much gold in the ground why hasn’t anyone mined it since 1966? Really? Red Flag

2) This project was secured by AUT by the payment of $50,000 and issue of some shares under 1 cent? Seriously? Red Flag

3) The JORC announced yesterday was not produced after drilling undertaken by the company but produced on old data? Seriously? So basically, I could have arranged the same thing to be done? Red Flag

4) Ray Shorrocks in the two interviews I’ve seen of him keeps mispronouncing Pickle Crow or getting it mixed up with the nearby township. Really? Know your project. Red Flag

5) Steve Parsons is spruiking on Twitter. First with BGL and now starting AUT. Previous spruikers on Twitter include people like Jason Brewer. Look him up. Red Flag

6) Isn’t this the same Management team that run Bellevue Gold? If so why are they starting up another project across the other side of the world if Bellevue is such a brilliant project? Wouldn’t they focus 100% on BGL? Or maybe BGL isn’t all cracked up to be, as a lot of commentators are starting to say. So if BGL is not really going to be a winner why AUT? Red Flag

When I see one Ref Flag, I can turn a blind eye. When I see a couple, I start to worry. When 3 of more appear, I know I’m in trouble. Hope I’m wrong but I’ve been through this lots of times over the past 25 years. Wash, Rinse and Repeat. Hope in a year’s time I’m not saying the same thing to myself, realizing my big mistake in not selling out now.

Happy for any constructive criticism or comment. As I said above I have every reason for AUT to be successful and for the share price to take off!
