Company still has $1.5billion market cap so a partial insto placement is 100% possible (if required at all)....
I dont think it will be required because if bankers know equity can be raised then they refinance !!!
Company still has quite a lot of equity value still.
Babcock, AFG, CNP ABC had lost all their value by time of refinancing hence the call from OZL mgt now.
It might actually be a really really smart management move.
