Look; I give credit when it's due, but I reserve the right to criticise the hell out of management when it's due, too.

Agree. And I would remind management (if by chance any of them dare to read HC) that they are DUTY BOUND to release news (good or bad) to SHs ASAP. No hoarding bad news to be quietly slipped into paragraph 12, Page 14 of a Quarterly ANN (for example).
