Interesting that when you look into the Top 20 you find there are investors who you will also find holding down No 1 Top 20 position on VIC ( Victory Mines ) with 58,000,000 shares or 3.92% as at 11th September 2019. So they would appear at least on the surface to be in some way connected through the common director Mr David Sanders who resides on BOTH company's BOD's
And then Mr Roger Blake & Mrs Erica Lynette Blake jump from just being Option Holders with their 6,666,667 options and 1.91% of all options on offer at the date of 26th September 2019 ..... to obtaining 346,841,760 ordinary shares of 9.99 % , or just a ' PiP ' under a ' Blocking Stake ' of 10%.
Of course , in that figure they look to hold 50,407,514 or an additional 2 354 % through Wilding Resources Pty Ltd who they ( The Blake's ) are a Beneficial holder in.
Gets even more interesting when you look at the ' connection's ' from the year before on 25th September 2018 which hadPershing Australia Nominees Pty Ltd < DJ Carmichael Account > as No. 1 holding 710,440,421 or 5.05 % , and Wilding Resources Pty Ltd holding in No. 4 position holding 404,075,135 or 2.87%. I note that Sanders and Camichael's are again BOTH involved with VIC ( Victory Mines ) as are the Blake's....
And in 2018 the Top 20 represented 43.23% while in 2019 it jumped a massive 19.74% ( at least ) to the present percentage of 62.975% in 2019. And I dare say that it has even tightened further with the ' swap out ' of the 20th position in 2019 holding 1.182% for the inclusion of Blake's percentage of 9.99% ( Net increase of 7.95% allowing for Wilding Resources component ) and therefore representing as much or as high as 70.625% being currently held by the Top 20. So very very tight indeed.
In fact , it would appear that the whole ' Blake ' family is getting involved in the Top20 with Ms Emma Lesley Blake sitting in 15th position with her 34,601,879 1.616%
Don't know who Ms Tiffany Hilda Evans , but she is represented TWICE in 16th spot with 32,326,011 or 1.51% , and 18th with a ' neat ' additional 30,000,000 shares or 1.401%
