Interchange of Managerial personnel: Gary Foster was replaced by Jeffrey Lai as a non-executive director during the year.

and

There has been no other interchange of managerial personnel between VOR and TSI India

and

Provision of essential technical information: There has been no provision of essential technical information.

I never thought I'd see the day when GF would step back from TSI, even though its been hinted at.

It will be interesting to see Jeff's take on TSI and how quickly things unfold from here.
