You're looking at this wrong. For every Coca-Cola there's a Pepsi. With disruptive businesses like this one Amazon getting bigger will only be a good thing for Kogan, as it will grow the whole online retail market which still has massive room to grow.
Amazon is not the main competitor to Kogan in the same way that Pepsi is not the main competitor to Coca-Cola anymore. Both Pepsi and Coca-Cola are in a fight together against Kombucha. The same analogy can be said for online vs traditional. And in a fight with online vs traditional I for one am happy to be on the side of online.
