As expected business is relatively flat and the merry go round of senior executives continue. Disappointing to see Gary leave as he is a well respected senior leader across the business and has largely driven the improvement in engagement. This will hurt. Changes to the HR role imo needed to happen as this been a poorly led division for some years. CIO - hopefully someone finally shoots some of the v poor admin systems.
