Yes the announcement will be the biggest impact to the stock price. However there are some serious alarms going off if I think about this logically
1. Pause is too long, if it's just a please explain or clarify it would of been cleared up by now. The announcement could be negative.
2. 1.6 million units just popped up by 1 single trader at 25 cents. Does this guy know something we don't? How many retail traders buy 1.5 million units of stock event at 3 cents that's quite a lot of money.
3. Another 1.8 million showed up at 24 cents soon after.
I've cancelled my bid and will wait to read the announcement personally before I buy at market price / don't buy at all.
