Assuming NVX has the best Anode in the world and the best production method and the equal best single crystal cathode but a superior production method for the cathode then the concept of a T/O by Tesla is a no brainer. It provides Tesla with the best tech in the world but more importantly denies access to that tech by its competitors , thus granting it dominance for the next decade. I did happen to notice tho at the recent CR that St Baker Foundation were allocated 19.9% equity which puts them just under the 20% stake which puts onerous obligations on but also gives it a STRATEGIC stake. Every public listed company who wants to resist T/O's needs a stakeholder who can be relied upon not to sell you out. I think Phil can rely on the old man, as you need 90% approval for a T/O then this 19% will do the job very nicely. Any talk of a T/O is a nonsense. Feral
