    cant imagine seeing the instos on the register seeing CUS being in breach of a loan covenant this close to D/D - they would surely put hands in their pockets - if indeed this is necessary at all.

    When looking back at the annual report there are some intereting covenants on the debt. one appeared to be that the 4 major aussie banks commence D/D by the alloted date - an unfair convenant really when this is totally beyond the control of CUS.
