it neither gets it 'ALWAYS' right nor 'ALWAYS' gets it wrong - but my experience is that it's more right than wrong by a long way....
in any event, the market holds a monopoly in share transactions - so it's a case of .....
1. the market is always right
2. whenever the market is wrong - refer to rule 1.
