Depends, I hink it's easier to buy than to sell and take a loss, so normally the price declines come gradually. But in this case the company did just issue a whole bunch of shares - nearly $8m worth at the last traded price - very cheaply, so if the recipients of those cheap shares decide to cash in their gains it will pressure the share price severely, imo.
