It doesn't matter that the retail side is underwritten. It's a minority, and mostly exists to be fair to the retail investors under the terms of the rights issue.
The vast proportion of the rights issue fundraising is underwritten. That's the only important thing for the company. The share price is being held back but don't be surprised if it takes off when the issue is done. The end of day action on Friday was very significant.
