Clutching at straws for hope....I know the feeling.
Personally I like both fundamental and technical analysis and on TA alone I would have exited this stock a long time ago-maybe I should pay more attention to TA in the future?-because fundamental analysis was flawed, obviously, or I wouldn't be massively underwater!

.....but in answer to your question, the 30/30.5 resistance area would confirm a double bottom with a target 37/38c area. I'd like that as a start-but this is not my favourite TA-I prefer MA's and MACD as the basis for my investing, and also limited Elliot Wave(fib levels).

But as an aside, I am now hopeful (?!) that with tax loss selling now out of the way, and an announcement re IC looming (sooner rather than later, please), this stock should start to catch a bid........
