Logic dictates due to the fact that archistruct is hurting financially due to corona shutdown they will build within a couple of day's since this is their first build opportunity after corona shutdown plus building will generate huge advertising globally for them also and with it more building opportunities.
Archistruct and fbr must have seen that Melbourne is going back into lockdown they can not afford to wait building, my logic dictates they will start building today or tomorrow.
