I think there's really only one current issue at the moment. The issue of existence on December 16th. The class action will take ages and ages. Or else be resolves sort of spontaneously if both parties reach a settlement agreement. I don't think lenders will be factoring in an immediate result for the class action when deciding to continue relations beyond mid December.
