the Chinese owner of bellamys is also taking over lion drinks and dairy. bellamys sales have increased significantly since takeover. the owners are the largest dairy, milk powder, baby formula and drinks company in china. it has distribution channels for bellamys and is rolling out chinese celebrity endorsements for bellamys. it doesn't matter to chinese mothers is not aussie owned as long as it's produced in australia. bellamys will take future market share from a2 and it will sell in every retail store given the market share the current owners has. once it owns lion drinks and dairy, it will have australian dairy and milk and drinks. that will be vertically integrated and significantly increase bellamys and their own chinese brand in sales and efficiencies. bubs cow milk formula will be hard to gain chinese market share. it can't sell in retail stores so only online. a2 milk is able to grow year on year because it sells in retail stores and supermarkets and markets as premium brand in china. as I said this quarter will be good. where do you think it's growth will come from if it only relies on online. bubs doesn't have the distribution channels a2 milk and bellamys have. without retail and supermarket sales, it won't have the big growth year on year. increased manufacturing and products does not mean there will be buyers to buy all the goods. hc readers should have balanced view. I was a big believer of bubs but have now sold for losses. I've been watching the daigous and they heavily promote a2 and bellamys to chinese mums as the two aussie brands to buy. so bubs is not a thorn on bellamys. bubs is again this week discounted on TMall. it's discounted every week lately trying to move sales. bellamys is top sales this month. bubs is way down on the sales ranking for aussie infant formula by sales value. that's when I decided to sell. dyor
