How much a Kg do you get for them? Do you Export them live or do they get boned locally? I use to bone at least 200 a week along with 50 cows and a few pigs, don't like working on pigs...stuffs me knives quick. If your in WA we use to get boxes of backstraps from Sharklake and turn them into 200gm Lamb? B/straps for over-priced resturants like the Hyatt etc.
