    Just thought of it and I'm again irritated. Did no-one ask if CNP officers were insured in respect of the class action claims against CNP?

    Another damn fine question to have known the answer to. Even if they said "no comment".

    There's jsut no way CNp is riding this one naked. I'm sure CNP's insurer is in there somewhere.
