    there is definitely a pattern with this company.

    promote - meet share price targets - issue performance shares - go quiet
    promote - raise money - pay salaries - go quiet
    promote - have employee share options approved by shareholders - go quiet

    yep better investments elsewhere SW - as you say opportunity cost of capital
