You are right when you say drilling is extremely high risk high reward. But what AUT says and what actually happens are two different things. The JV needs to get the stuff out of the ground, fast, and turn it into dollars, real fast. Until that happens I won't get excited. I've seen presentation after presentation over the years and heard about the company maker after company maker, not just from ADI but from a whole myriad of junior explorers. But rarely do I ever see that projection of success in the PowerPoint slide ever materialise.
I can't understand what "over brought" means either. I have the opinion that the illusion of ADI seeming "over sold" at the moment is more a factor of the shares being "over bought" in the first place. Yes sentiment played its part in this, 100%. I believe ADI hit an intraday high of 36c, I could be wrong. And this was based on hope. Nothing more, nothing less. And now that hope is fading we are seeing what the market really thinks this company is worth.
My personal opinion is that TCEI are useless. Sack them and get someone who knows what they are doing. And in the coming months let's hope AWE can dig us out of the financial hole we are disappearing into.
I will continue to hold my shares in ADI and wish all holders the success we have been longing for, for so long!
