PharmD - Correct - I've heard 50K isn't out of the question for our MPS solution. ERT costs can come out to be closer to $1 Million per annum.
ERT does nothing for pain relief in their joints. We might work with them together. eg Biomarin is the major ERT provider from what I know.
free2nap - I guess you are right, there might be some snooping aorund ("Good Morning" to any that are!), though you'd think they would have many more other avenues to really research us. The big ones would be meeting with the PAR team to sus it out.
